Can I follow my project while abroad?

We agree how to share updates, photographs and decisions. The frequency and scope of communication depend on your project.

How much does a renovation or new build cost?

Costs depend on the existing building, location, scope and finishes. A site visit and a clear brief allow suitable quotations to be obtained. A generic price per square metre cannot replace this assessment.

Do you provide technical architectural services?

Legally required design and technical site supervision are carried out by appropriately qualified architects and specialists. We help coordinate the professionals and the agreed work.

Will I need a building permit?

The permission or notification required depends on the property and proposed work. We help coordinate enquiries with the authorities and qualified designers before the relevant work starts.
